The Web Services Editor is a graphical tool, which enables users to create design and edit WSDL definitions of Web services. It facilitates the creation of Web Services Description Language (WSDL) files and manages WSDL file syntax and validation. This enables users to generate and maintain Web service descriptions rapidly , accurately and even provides the java implementation of the Web services.
