Job Description
Will attend to in bound / outbound calls and provide customer service. Should be able to handle queries efficiently and resolve all issues in first instance. Should be able to meet the needs and provide full satisfaction.
Desired Profile
- Inbound / Outbound sales for US / Europe clients 0-1.5 yrs exp. in a Call Center
- Non BE graduates / Diploma Holders ( 10+2+3) between 21-30 yrs.
- Must be willing to work in nightshifts, must possess good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer fundamentals is a must
